Holy Warfare Demands Holy Anger!

“BE ANGRY, AND yet DO NOT SIN; do not let the sun go down on your anger,27and do not give the devil an opportunity.…” Ephesians 4:26

“....because human anger does not produce the righteousness that God desires. “ James 1:20

“God judgeth the righteous, and God is angry with the wicked every day.” Psalm 7:11

“And He said to them, "Is it lawful to do good or to do harm on the Sabbath, to save a life or to kill?" But they kept silent. 5After looking around at them with anger, grieved at their hardness of heart, He said to the man, "Stretch out your hand." And he stretched it out, and his hand was restored. 6The Pharisees went out and immediately began conspiring with the Herodians against Him, as to how they might destroy Him.” Mark 3:4-6

Obviously there is a kind of emotional release of anger that is merely human, selfishly motivated, and non-productive! The Word is clear in advising us against giving way to that sort of emotional expression. In fact, we are instructed to avoid fleshly responses of any kind. Which would include a mere fleshly resistance to emotional expression of any kind. Instead a Spirit produced Self-control is preferred, being that it is a side-effect of an utterly changed character, not merely a religiously motivated, bogus, suppression of an unchanged one – a Pharisaic, pretentious, put on for the show of religiosity, so as to be judged righteous. When in fact one may simply be exhibiting cowardice or apathy! As all anger is not an expression of God, neither is a mere absence of apparent anger a sign of inward holiness!

Obviously there is some merit on keeping the lid on until one is sure of the source of one's anger, and the correct way to go about dealing with it! (Prov. 29:11, Prov. 14:29) But – logically – if there is indeed, “A time for every purpose under heaven....” including war...then anger must have its proper place in our lives! But people tend to shy away because it is the least attractive of emotions, and frequently misused, abused and overused in the resolution of conflict.

And yet, there are many conflicts which can not be resolved without the expression of anger. Anger will have its out someplace. If it is not allowed external expression, then it will result in inward melt downs, mentally/emotionally and eventually physically as well. This is a scientifically and medically supportable assertion. So what is to be done?

I think the answer lies in the transformation or “mind renewal” process. I think in order to be the master of our anger, as was Yeshua, instead of letting our anger, or even the fear of it, master us – we must become made again in the image of a Holy, Loving God! Whose anger only burns against the evil of our times!

Like Him, then, our anger will not be displaced against the innocent, but will be wielded against “...the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places”, as instructed!

The world has become a very dark place indeed. As most of the light bearing vessels have been cooped up in Turkey sheds, gorging – spiritually and physically – instead of soaring the heights like Eagles hunting down the prey just described! That darkness has given way to rampant evil, and it is time that the seasoned warriors of God, who have submitted to the special ops training, now be loosed to do battle with those forces of darkness and gain that neglected territory back for the Kingdom of God!

And IF America is to be “Great again” - then these warriors are going to have to plant their feet, engage their holy indignation, and strengthen their spines! We can not be namby-pamby religiously, nor politically correct people who are afraid to lop off a few heads and ever hope to do this job!

So to those of you who are faint of heart, weak of stomach and fully convinced that anger has no part in Christianity – I advise you to cease reading my stuff immediately! In my opinion you will need to immediately find a new page to hang out on! This page will only confuse and vex you! Don't do it to yourselves! If you are not looking to engage in this soon to be bloody battle to go get the territory our former generations have relinquished to the enemy, then take your little peace signs and flower buckets, and go hole up in the Turkey sheds with the others who “feel led” to play it safe, and judge the warriors! “This is not the page you were looking for,please, move along!”

But if there are those out there who are sick and tired of the status-quo religious games and are ready to whip some philistine ass – then this is the place! Join me in real intercession, real thought through battle plans and real time service to the King of Kings! As One is both the battle cry, and battle plan! We will unite in the presence of our King, and do exploits in His Anointing with His Authority! We will tread down the iron gates of government, and back the gates of hell inward, snatching its inhabitants from the flame as we go!

There are mountains to take, saints of God! They are not likely to be taken by the angels alone as we attempt our white witch craft (also mistaken as intercession and positive speaking alone) in the Name of “Jesus”! No! It will require that we go forth and wrestle those in whom the spirits are at work! It will require the risk of being misunderstood, and of even being wrong and needing correction! It will require that we suffer here and there for His sake! What part of that did we miss in the job description?!

But it will yield victory, peace, joy & all the things which we claim to be working toward. Listen, Faith without works is dead. Works without faith is deader! But the two combined is some spiritual C-4 that will blow the lid off the witch craft that has deluded our nation! But some people will have to get good and angry! In that order! Who is there? I know I am! So let the confrontation begin.....In Love of course! And I mean that in the nicest possible way!!!!
